Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
- We exchange items. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
