Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Jewelry Care & Warranty Policy

  • Our jewelry is designed to be tarnish-resistant and long-lasting. However, the gold-plated finish will naturally wear off over time, especially with regular use and exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.
  • We offer a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects

Exchanges

  • We exchange items. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
