Who is behind Aimee Jewelry?
Aimee Jewelry is designed and operated by Chelsea Acheampong, an independent jewelry designer based in New Milford, Connecticut. Chelsea personally oversees every step of the creative process, from the first sketch to the finished piece. Everything in the collection is an original design under the Aimee Jewelry name.
Are your jewelry pieces original designs?
Yes. Every product we sell is an original design created by Chelsea Acheampong. We don't sell counterfeit, replica, or imitation goods of any kind — each piece is designed and manufactured exclusively under the Aimee Jewelry brand.
Where is Aimee Jewelry based?
We're based at 314 Willow Springs, New Milford, CT 06776, USA. We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to select countries internationally — see our Shipping Policy for delivery zones, timelines, and rates. All customer service is handled directly by our team.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is made with stainless steel and 18k gold plating, with simulated stones used in select designs. All pieces are tarnish-resistant, lead-free, and nickel-free, and designed to be safe for sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces are designed to be skin-safe, lead-free, and nickel-free. That said, individual sensitivities can vary — if you have a known metal allergy or particularly sensitive skin, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before wearing any jewelry. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.
Will the gold plating tarnish or fade?
Our 18k gold plating is designed to be tarnish-resistant with proper care. To help it last, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store each piece individually in a dry place when not in use.
How do I care for my Aimee Jewelry pieces?
To keep your pieces looking their best:

- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, and cleaning products
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Avoid ultrasonic cleaners or chemical polishing solutions
Do your bracelets come with a screwdriver?
Yes — our locking bangle bracelets include a small screwdriver for the screw-lock closure mechanism.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Gift boxes and packaging are available in our Gift Boxes/Packaging collection and can be added to your order at checkout.
Sizing
How do I find my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist circumference using a flexible tape or a strip of paper, wrapping it snugly just above your wrist bone. Add about 2cm (0.8 inches) to that measurement to find your ideal bracelet size. For a detailed guide, visit our Size Guide page.
What bracelet sizes do you offer?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping (US and international) takes an estimated 5–9 business days after dispatch, and express shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is included on all orders over $99 within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your order on our Track Your Order page or through the carrier's website.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check your tracking information. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at contact@shopaimeejewelry.com or +1 (203) 689-6992 and we'll investigate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within a defined period from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our full Refund and Return Policy for eligibility, timelines, and the return process.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@shopaimeejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will send you instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to reflect the credit.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopaimeejewelry.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
