Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in delivering quality jewelry. If you encounter any issues, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Start by returning the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the item you want after your return is accepted.
This ensures the fastest service for your desired exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
